On July 24, an important preventive discussion on the topic “Drugs are not a friend, drugs are an enemy!” took place in the cozy walls of the city's cultural center. The children were told about the devastating effects of narcotic drugs, emphasizing their disastrous consequences for both physical and mental health, as well as for a future marked by criminal liability. The event was attended by representatives of the Zhodinsky police department: senior district inspector for juvenile affairs, police major Lyudmila Kuroedova, and police captain Darya Alexandrovna Chesnovich. Law enforcement officers presented to the children a documentary report that clearly demonstrates the tragic consequences of the use and distribution of narcotic substances. At the end of the meeting, each participant received a memo about the dangers of drugs to the human body, as well as rules of conduct when detecting suspicious substances on the street.
